At Shop Geocaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
